Shipment and Returning of Goods

All orders are shipped via a trackable parcel service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the packaging or contents are damaged, contact L1-living at lilylemonwink@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and sent with a trackable shipping method.
L1-living is not responsible for items damaged in return transit.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days within the continental United States.
Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Freight & Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Free shipping may be available on select promotions or order values.

International Orders

Currently, L1-living ships within the United States only.
